Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at hello@facesilk.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Order Cancellation

An order cancellation request can only be accepted if the order is not yet fulfilled. Send "Cancel order #--order number--" to hello@facesilk.com in order to request an order cancellation.

Note: Cancellation request does not ensure your order cancellation until you get a confirmation from a team member via email. (Usual reply time - 24hrs)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Face Silk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Face Silk will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
